Completed in 2008, Villa Campana has all the modern amenities for those wanting the comforts of a five star hotel in a luxurious 5 bedroom house.

Located in the exclusive ocean front development of Punta Ballena (best known to host the famous Esperanza Resort), it is conveniently close to downtown Cabo San Lucas, to beautiful swimming and snorkling beaches, and to first class golf courses.
Villa Campana was designed with families in mind, with a unique layout: the pool is on the ground floor next to the media room and the kitchen and living room on the top floor with a tranquil view of the ocean. This design allows for relaxing and quiet dinners, while the "kids" enjoy the pool and media room downstairs.
The interior reflects the exterior, with tasteful colors, furniture and beautiful accents in every room. Cantera columns, granite rock and a large rotunda features add depth to the modern design The decor throughout the hacienda style villa is chic and contemporary with a look of minimalist elegance.
The Villa has five spacious bedrooms. Four Master bedrooms have beautiful ensuite baths that rival one another in comfort and sophistication. The fifth bedroom is a casita with two single beds for additional guests or an aupair. The media room has a 52-inch flat screen TV and theatre-quality sound. There are two additional flat screen tv's (living room and in two master bedrooms). The open-design gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Living and dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling hide-away glass doors with amazing partial vistas of the Sea of Cortez. The house has internet connection for those who need to stay "connected" in order to fully enjoy their stay.
There is a spacious palapa-covered outdoor BBQ chilaxing area near the pool - perfect for alfresco entertaining.
A stocked kitchen
Most of our guests request that we stock the kitchen with the basics before they arrive, so they can enjoy the day without a visit to the store for provisions. We can provide that service, just let us know.
Cook/Chef
We can also provide an "in house" cook. Many of our clients want to have their meals prepared. We have a full time cook available. She can prepare two or three meals a day - late breakfast, a mid-afternoon lite snack and a dinner is perfect for easy relaxing.
Pick up and drop off service
We can pick you and your group up at the airport.
